Contract Administrator

Our client is one of the premier developer/builders in Melbourne, that build their own projects.
They have forged strong relationships with their clients and don’t go out and chase work.

The Role
Starting a large apartment project in the inner east of Melbourne, they now require a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join their team.

You will be supporting an experienced P.M, and have the support of a hands on Director allowing you to hit the ground running. Being a small team, the role will allow you to get involved in more than pure C.A responsibilities if you want to broaden your skills or want to progress into Project Management in the future.

With a construction related degree or trade background, you will have:
Proven experience in a Contract Administrator role in Australia (interstate candidates welcome)
Experience in administering subcontracts.
A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors
An attitude which reflects our clients culture which is positive and solutions focused
Successful candidates will be rewarded with a salary in the region of $100k – $150k, and could accommodate an immediate start.
