Our client is a supplier of choice to builds such as skyscrapers, towers, high-rise apartments and various other commercial projects. As a true OEM supplying building materials our client is known as an industry leader.
Our client designs, imports, manufactures, supplies and installs and regularly deals with single contracts valued above 3 million dollars each.
About the role
Management of design costing and cost planning
Project Planning and coordination of materials and services in partnership with site management
Skills and experience
Proven experience in a Contract Administrator job /role in Australia (interstate candidates welcome)
Experience in administering subcontracts.
A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors
An attitude which reflects our clients culture which is positive and solutions focused
Experience with Jobpac will be highly regarded, but not essential
