  • Provide management with individual trades cashflow budgets, including monthly variance updates.

  • Conduct reconciliation for intercompany management fees/loans and sales/bills.
  • Manage general journals & ledgers and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Process payroll as required.
  • Prepare weekly and month-end reports.
  • Offer commercial insights and decision support to the business.
  • Drive process improvements, focusing on automation and streamlining processes.
About You:
  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both Chinese and English
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role; 4 years would be ideal.
  • Your background in the construction industry and knowledge of the built environment are highly regarded.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting; CPA certification would be a bonus!
  • Bilingual capabilities in Mandarin and English would be ideal.
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent.
  • Experience with JOBPAC and Xero software is highly regarded.
