Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple luxury residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Mentor site teams, setting standards for high performance, quality, and safety compliance
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project visions are brought to life
• Implement best practices in project planning, risk management, and team coordination
• Reporting and tracking status reports

Skills & experience required

• High values and moral compass
• Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-end residential projects valued from $2mill to $15mill
• Excellent time management, and decision-making abilities
• Solution-focused
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Leadership experience – the ability to inspire others to achieve high standards
• A passion for quality construction and a commitment to excellence
• Computer literacy
• References to support resumes and project list
