Purpose of the Position:
Act as the frontline person for this upbeat and successful builder by greeting visitors and answering calls, assisting Accounts Payable and the Finance team, and providing general administrative support to all staff to ensure smooth business operations.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in administration and/or coordination roles
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong time management and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Initiative and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience managing a switchboard and accurately directing messages
Preferred Criteria:
  • Experience with Databuild
  • Previous receptionist experience
  • Previous experience with accounts payable
