My client is looking for an experienced Foreman or a good Leading Hand looking for a management role to oversee multiple jobs and crews.

Foreman required to be a 2ic to  Director of this Specialist Business.
 
The ideal candidate should have a strong trade background, be computer literate, and have a solid understanding of pad foundations and bored piers.
 
You will manage daily operations on site ensuring all projects meet deadlines and quality standards. Work hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with some travel required to Sydney from time to time.
 
Responsibilities

• Taking on more of a senior role working directly with Company Director
• Works ranged from local government & elite sporting facilities sporting facilities,
• Implementing programs and planning requirements for projects
• Allocation of labourers for tasks required
• Liaising with local government representative, local shire, and any other authorities
• Implementing daily procedures for work done in a timely manner
• Making sure all machinery and plant are of a safe and operational manner
• Ordering of materials for sites
• Liaising with 2- 3 small crews daily across different projects
• Site meetings
• Daily pre-starts and weekly toolbox meetings
