With long standing industry relationships, naturally all their sites run smoothly and without incident. You will provide advice, guidance, cost savings and contribute to the success of projects.

Your duties will include, take-off, measure and price quantities, lease with the team and source current and real-time costings, Prepare project cost plans , prepare concrete budget, prepare material and labour quantities for site foreman’s, check on changes of design to assess the effects on cost , monitor cost saving/over run and assist in decisions of design changes.

Skills & experience

  • Relevant construction experience as a Estimator
  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Trade/tertiary qualification (preferred)
  • Extensive trade knowledge across all typical trades involved in commercial projects
  • Experience with multi story concrete structures 4 levels and above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Strong capabilities in consulting with architects and structural engineers
  • A quaintly surveying background is preferred but not required.
